wln bd Terms & Conditions

By accessing the wln bd website at wln-bd.im, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions made available through the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and wln bd (the operator). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wln bd platform and close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected].

wln bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the wln bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. wln bd applies a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal recreational purposes, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of wln bd, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the wln bd platform.

Account Registration Process

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the wln bd platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended, all balances being voided, and any outstanding withdrawals being cancelled.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

wln bd applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You will be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three months and displaying your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet associated with the account, or card statement for card-based deposits.

wln bd may request additional documentation at any time if required by its internal risk and compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Deposits

wln bd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum deposits for card-based methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your wln bd account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within two to three minutes for mobile wallet methods. wln bd does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which wln bd accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed, the account being suspended, and the matter being referred to wln bd's compliance team.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. wln bd operates a same-method withdrawal policy to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Requests to withdraw to a different payment method than the deposit source require additional verification and approval from the wln bd finance team.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Processing times represent the period from wln bd's internal approval of the withdrawal request to dispatch of funds. Actual receipt of funds may take additional time depending on the receiving payment provider's processing schedule. wln bd does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct transaction charges on receipt.

Withdrawal requests that trigger enhanced due diligence — for example, requests above defined thresholds, requests from accounts with unusual activity patterns, or requests that arrive before KYC verification is complete — may be subject to additional review and delays. wln bd will communicate the reason for any such delay to the player via the registered email address.

wln bd offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the general terms below and to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Eligible Games: Unless specified otherwise, live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) contribute 10% towards wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Sports bets contribute 100% on selections with odds of 1.5 or greater. Crash games contribute 100%.
• Time Limit: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted using bonus funds is ৳500. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus cancelled at wln bd's discretion.
• Withdrawal Prior to Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, the bonus balance and any winnings accrued from it will be deducted from your account prior to the withdrawal being processed.

Bonus Abuse

wln bd reserves the right to withhold bonus payments, void winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player or group of players is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

Certified Random Number Generators

All casino games available through the wln bd platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash game formats — are supplied by certified third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). Each provider's games use independently tested and certified random number generators (RNGs) that produce statistically independent outcomes for each round, spin, or hand. wln bd does not have the ability to influence, modify, or predict the outcome of any game offered on the platform.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on the wln bd platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In cases of ambiguity, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum number of overs or periods required under the applicable sport rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• Palpable errors in odds (manifestly incorrect odds caused by human or technical error) do not create a valid bet. wln bd reserves the right to void bets placed at palpably incorrect odds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wln bd platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors in game software or the wln bd platform itself.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or sports betting pools.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed payment transactions submitted to a payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.
• Money laundering or using the wln bd platform to transact funds associated with illegal activity.

wln bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance, and that gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all verified wln bd account holders via the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum BDT deposit amount per day, week, or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a defined period of continuous platform use, prompting you to review your activity and take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from all wln bd services for a minimum of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Requests for indefinite self-exclusion are treated as permanent.

Suspension by wln bd

wln bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct activities listed in Section 05.
• The player has opened multiple accounts in breach of the single-account rule in Section 02.
• The account is being used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback against a deposit transaction.
• Continued operation of the account would expose wln bd to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests initiated during the suspension period will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, outstanding balances may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed promptly.

Closure by Player

You may request closure of your wln bd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding bonus balances will be removed. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of the standard KYC verification process if not already completed.

Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation of closure via your registered email address. You may register a new account after a standard voluntary closure; players who have self-excluded may not open a new account until the exclusion period has expired.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wln bd's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the player's account, or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the wln bd platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

wln bd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, platform downtime, network interruption, or third-party service outages that affect the availability of any game or betting market.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or device.
• Any delay, loss, or error caused by the player's internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device software.
• Changes in applicable law that restrict or prohibit a player's ability to access or use the wln bd platform.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or loss of reputation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wln bd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claim, demand, action, cost, expense, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or any content you submit to the platform.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wln bd is incorporated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and wln bd shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
